I had a wonderful experience with Victory Toyota! I was recently in a bad car accident that totaled my 4Runner so I reached out to Victory Toyota about their RAV4s. Daniel contacted me quickly and offered to have a ride set up for me to check out the vehicles and all. Our experience is always great. 2 weeks ago, my boyfriend and I just went to go get my car serviced and while waiting, we just explored around and next thing we went home with a brand new Tacoma. Purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybird XLE on February 8th. Pre ordered on January 3, as there are no new cars on the lot at any Toyota dealer. Our sales associate, Jeremy, was informative and easy to deal with. We received a fair trade on our older car. Just had to wait for our car to make it through the factory for assembly and then delivery. Robbie, finalized our vehicle purchase and made that experience a little easier to sign on all of the lines. This was our third vehicle purchase at Victory Toyota and we will be back in the future.

Great experience at this Monterey area Toyota dealership. Dhiya Albarati is a top notch sales rep. Robbie the Finance agent did a great job with all the paperwork. Dhiya got me the car I wanted. It was a model that is very difficult to get. Dhiya is friendly, a good communicator and not pushy. I walked away satisfied and with a good feeling... despite the fact that, as at every other dealership, markups on rare car models are the norm these days. Ask for Dhiya if you want a good sales experience and you won't be disappointed.

This review is really in reference to my experience with the service manager, Hap Plain. I brought my Land Cruiser in for some tire and brake work while on a road trip from the East Coast. There was a mishap with the tires where they put the spare on by accident and I did not double check before leaving. I reached out to Hap to express my disappointment and he did everything he possibly could to make it right. Great service, fast response! They were able to hold a vehicle for us for more than a week. We were flying from another state, they offered help picking us up from the airport although it was more than an hour away.
